Give Back. Empower. Sustain.

I want my life dedicated to serving people. What started as simply church missions trips through my leadership teams as a child developed into a deep passion for empowerment and change.  I even devoted my college career to the study of cultures and community organizing to empower others, and received a degree in Global Studies. My aim is to spend an entire lifetime learning and listening to those around me, so that my position of influence serves in a way that creates change.

During these extensive studies of people, systems and perpetuations of poverty or oppression, I developed a strong interest in Foreign Aid programs. I questioned the effectiveness and sustainability of many programs used by governments, organizations and churches. This curiosity led to a 2-year research project about the Foreign Aid System on why it creates dependency, and perpetuates poverty, in which I wrote over 150 pages on the subject.

My vision is to one day create a global network of people who are passionate about seeing change happen in an empowering and sustainable way. There are so many amazing companies, organizations and collective people who are doing powerful things, but could have an even greater impact when working together.
